I have a SNES that i brought out of storage. When I powered it on for the first time, I get a blue screen with Super Mario World, and it plays the first coin sound that it should. I have tried cleaning all the ports, including cartridge. The system was put into storage fully functional and stored inside a bin with lid. Is there any areas I should be checking on the main board?
Maybe there’s something wrong with the console? Try checking everywhere on the main board or anywhere else where there might be grime or corrosion.
