I have had issues with text malware to my daughters phone. Her phone keeps getting texts from unknown number and disables my WiFi and continuous fake ads. I have done factory reset multiple times, changed memory card, changed sim card and the problem continues. My only option left is to only allow known contacts to text me. Can any one help me figure is out? or give me any advice?
I dont believe there is a way. When those numbers text your daughter, dont open them. The best option is to go back to your provider and see if they can change her phone number, new number, no more strange people texting her. Best advice is to do that, or delete the messages or ignore them when they come in.
