My phone want unlock for as the screen wise. I can not touch it to turn it off or get into my phone..help plz
Hi, This is Android phone. You can try to factory / hard reset it, but you will lost all your data. Press and hold the Volume Down and the Power keys. Select recovery menu and do a factory reset. Regards.
