The player plays dvd’s still but not Blu rays it just keeps trying to load .. any ideas on a fix or issue? I have made sure it is up to date .. other than the Blu-ray play back it works fine
Hi chhachey If you tested on the DVDs they are working well, but for other Blu Rays Disc not loading, there is a possiblility the blu ray laser / lens section mmight be faulty. Did you recently purchase it? If so send it for replacement.
