Hi I have blu phone vivo i wasn’t using it since 4 months and it was sitting inside my armory now i needed it coz i have data inside it and its not even charging is there anything that I can do?
Hi, How long did you leave it on charge? If the battery has become severely depleted it may take a while for the battery management system to “reset” and hopefully allow the charging to commence. Allow 3-4 hours and see if it starts to charge. If it does start to charge, allow it to fully charge before attempting to turn on the phone.
