Divide will only turn on when I plug it in . says it has full battery . Any suggestions?
Hey John, Had a similar problem with mine. Not sure if it is the exact problem but replacing my battery fixed it for me. Apparently, my battery was faulty and was showing as charged when it was actually completely dead and could no longer hold a charge. If you know someone who has an extra battery you can use to test, you should try that first before buying one. Best of Luck!
