Hi, I have the same issue withy my Samsung UE50HU6900s, in my case it is blinking 7 times when powered on. no audio, no sound. Any suggestions? Thank you
gernot8783 Samsung officially does not use any blink codes. So you will have to remove the back of your TV and take a look at the boards. Check all the fuses as well as the boards for any obvious damage. Check for burned or charred looking components as well as domed or leaking capacitors. Post some pictures of all your boards with your uestion so we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. You will need a multimeter to check the ouputs of the power board for further testing. If you have video but no sound then the issue is most likely on the main board.
