I have a vintage vtech endeavour educational toy laptop. After a fall the screen doesn’t display anything even though when turned on every thing else works. Need advice. I tried the reset button but to no avail.
Hi @parvis , What is the model number of the laptop, as searching for “Vtech Endeavour” shows little results? When the laptop is on, try shining a torch at an angle close to the screen and check if you can detect any images at all on the screen. They will be very faint if they are there so trying this in a darkened room may help. If you can detect any images there is a backlight problem. Hopefully just a loose cable connection due to the fall
