have blank line when printing from printer not from computer
If you notice this line consistently it may be a sign of a warn out roller or imaging drum, as these parts have a fixed service life. If it only happens when the printer prints from an internal diagnostic menu that could be a sign of some software or formatting issue. Good luck.
