My Blu phone hit the wall and now when I power it on, a black screen appears with a white line going straight down the middle of the screen. How can I troubleshoot this issue?
GAME GLAMOROUS by replacing the LCD. Sounds like the impact with the wall ruined it (best case scenario) or may even have tore the connector on the mother board (worst case). Either or you’ll have to open it up to fix it.
