Has anyone experienced this before or know how it can be fixed? Tried screens, battery, software repairs. If this is board level fault, what parts can I try changing? If it cant be fixed is there any way to backup data without using bb link as it requires bb id to be signed into the device (which it isn’t) - Thanks in advance!
Same problem arose with me just i given in service center they told me that battery failure so i replaced now it’s working fine
