mini A1432; from the many info videos watched this has not been answered yet, on the inside bottom of the new digitizer there is a length of black tape approx. 1/4 wide from the flex cable across the top of the home button. so that I won’t make a huge mistake is this to be removed or left in place? thanks! Tom.
Left in place, the black tape is to insulate that strip of flex which has many sensors, to prevent issues like ghost touching.
