Suddenly after a year of using my MacBook Pro tb 2016 I discover small lines in the bottom of the screen.

is this an flexgate issue?

The FlexGate issue effected the ribbon cable that carried the power to the backlight LED bar within the display. Apple used two or three strings of LEDs. A line from the system lit the odd run and a second which lit the even run of LED’s. When one line died you got a strange lighting effect

In your case you either have a different ribbon cable failure (maybe from a bump along the bottom edge of the lid) or the backlight filter sheets have started to curl from heat and/or humidity. In either case sadly you’ll need to replace the display assembly to fix it MacBook Pro 13" Touch Bar Late 2016 Display Assembly Replacement and here’s the needed part MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Late 2016-2017) Display Assembly
