Hello everyone,i have a proble with my iphone 7 !When i get phone calls in my iphone and is ringing the screen remains black.Only if i push the lock button it will react(juts ends the call and the screen respond normally,Please let me know if i can do somthing for that. Thank you in advanc guys.
Hi, this may be a software issue or a hardware issue. To try the software repair I would reset your phone to factory settings and set the phone up again. This will install a fresh IOS and this may solve the issue. If this still doesn’t then it might be a hardware issue. In this case, try having a look at the proximity sensor which is located near the front camera. Are you blocking that when you are calling? Hopefully that helped
