The phone see’s my T-Mobile sim card. I can use my cell phone to surf the web with the sim card (not connected via Wi-Fi). But, when I try to make a call the screen goes black and the phone freezes for a few minutes. I have already done a factory reset and deleted all files.
Hello @rvega, This is a built in feature in most modern phones. It is caused by the proximity sensor in the phone. it puts the phone in power saver mode when you hold the phone near you. Now, you said you have a problem with it staying in that screen. Well this is most likely a software update bug (well its possible its not). but I would just like to let you know that this is a built in feature in modern phones. Thanks Keegan
