You need a new digitizer. Or it may have gotten disconnected. You can access the flex cable by opening tiny compartment to the top-left of your battery

There are 2 possibilities digitizer failure(lcd screen) or bad connection to flex cable of the digitizer to the board. In both cases you need to open the digitizer, I am sure you can figure it out to open up the digitizer.
