Chosen Solution
I Put my phone on my nightstand and went to sleep, then i woke up and wanted to check the clock, and it won’t open, unlock, i tried that “Higher soung, lower sound, home and start”, doesn’t work, please help me!
take the battery out and hold power button down or 5 mins. 5 mins may seem alot but try this as it sometime has been known to work unless you have a crack in the screen then you may need a new one if it is like the S3 screen.
