Chosen Solution
So i change the front panel of my Iphone 6s. But the touch diden’t work and when i change back to my old screen now suddenly the screen is black (but the phone works since it’s responding to the charger or vibrates when use the silent button.). Does enyone know what the problem might be? did i damage some cords or something? I change it back and forth a few times and i get the exact same problems all the time
So if the old screen did not work but the new one did most likely the cable that connects the component that detects touch is not connected well since the only issue I think you see is no touch on new one. also you may have damaged the old screen in the removal process.
If it’s black/dead do a hard reset power button and home button for a long time until you see the Apple logo. About the touch have you checked so the contact is flat and not bended? Some times I had simular problems caused by the contact isent flat so it dosent click in right
