Hi I’ve had a HP ProBook for a while now, but recently while I was working my screen went black but the system was still running. I shut down and I left the system to cool of for a while and tried again and it came on for like five minutes and went black again but it was still running and its been like that ever since. It doesn’t beep or anything its just a black screen I have no idea what to do. Please help me…
Hi I think it’s the Ram stick inside the laptop which stopped working so you will need to replace it .
