Hello, My ipad has a black screen when i touch the screen it comes back to color but return back to black if i let go. If its faced down its fine but as soon as its flipped on the correct side it goes back to black.
That sounds like a prox sensor issue I wasn’t aware of there being one in the any of the iPad’s but I would start there if it does have one other than that I’d have to do more research on it to see what else could be causeing that let me know how it goes
