So this mac-book fell from car seat to the indoor ground like 30 cm I didn’t think it would impact the laptop in any way later on back home i plugged it in to an external screen everything seemed fine except the screen on my laptop stayed black it isn’t even recognized as a screen anymore in the OS the only screen the system shows is the external one i tried rebooting a lot of times with everything unplugged in windows in mac OS i tried to disable and re-enable the graphic cards driver, nothing! i think most likely it’s a hardware problem at this point what should i do ?
Shine a flashlight through the Apple logo in the lid, are you able to see your desktop and its icons?
