@stilllearnn Samsung officially does not use blink codes. Your case sounds like a bad power board. You do want to disconnect every input source. Then disconnect the power cable. Hold the power button for about 30-60 seconds. Then plug your TV in and try to turn it on. If that does not work you will have to take the back of your TV and take a good look at the boards.
