Hi I bought new Dell Inspiron 15 5000,i7 2 months back. It was working fine untill morning, when I switched on it went to the blue or black screen. Just the pointer comes and nothing else. Even tried pressing all the F keys on start up but it remains the same. Please give some ways to solve it.
Remove the battery and cable Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds Replug cable and start
