Black Screen Backlight Works Hdmi Works Macbook Pro 13 Touch Bar Late 2016

Hey y‘all ? I could buy a used Macbook Pro 2016 13" with touchbar for a good price. The problem is that the screen stays black after starting it. Backlight seems to work and using it with a HDMI also works. Using a flashlight also does not seem to show anything (makes sense if backlight works though). What do you think it could be? Is it worth buying it and trying to fix it? I don‘t have the macbook yet, so can‘t run any tests. Thank you very much for your help! Yours sincerely. Michael

This system has a bad T-CON board which is part of the internal display assembly. You’ll need to replace the full display assembly to fix this.
