My toshiba lap when I turning on I have black screen and it said " reboot the system, it asked for my password snd ask me to put a new one. Now still black but it has a window to put the password but it doesn’t take any password I think. I can’t buy a new computer yet. Please help. YC502013Q
Try connecting it to an external monitor, if it works see if your bios firmware version is updated to the latest. If not then you might want to upgrade the BIOS firmware. Many of the others didn’t have a resolution, or one that came back and updated the forums with it anyway.
