I have a brand new FIRE STICK 4K and after about 10 minutes, the screen goes black. Also upon setting up, there’s NO SOUND. What could be the problem?
marcella LOPEZ could be your Fire Stick. remove it from your TV and test your TV on some local source like a DVD/BR player or a game console . See if it stays on. If it does you know it is not your TV but your Fire Stick.
