Chosen Solution
I installed a new lcd and now it will not do anything it made a single vibration when i plugged into power but nothing more. i have disconnected and reconnected the battery connector and lcd connectors but still nothing. The old screen doesn’t work with it either. I have also checked all the connectors and they appear to be fine.
Try to force reboot the iphone or you can also have a defective LCD replacement.
