Good day, my hisense tv model HX43M2160F shows hisense logo for a split second then goes blank.sound is there as normal.Please help-Jeri.
unplug the tv and hold down the power button on the tv for 30 seconds, this will do a hard reset and drain the tv of all power. then, plug the tv back in and see what happens.
