I accidentally dropped my phone in water and noticed right away. After I picked it up i dried it and took out the SIM card and battery. I dried it for about a week and when I attempted to turn it on the sounds worked but the screen was completely black. Please help me figure it out?????
Take it to a service center. It has short-circuit inside from the water.
The phone needs to be treated for water damage. Take apart and clean it with D5. Spray all components spray will not hurt the phone. Replace screen and put back together. Ifixit has K7 tutorials.
