Black Multicoloured Lines Across The Middle Of The Screen Ipad Wi Fi

When I turn on my ipad, there is a black horizontal band with multicoloured and black lines within it. I think it is because I dropped it but im not sure?? Which guide would you reccomend (touchscreen still works and rest of screen is ok visually) HELP ME!

Try hitting the back of the iPad with the palm of your hand.
