I’ve tried to replace two new black ink but problem is still there.
Are you using genuine ink cartridges that have not been “re-filled” or tampered with at all? I do know some printers that completely shut down when non-genuine ink is added.
Hold On/Off button for 1 secondHold Cancel button for 2 secondsRelease both buttons togetherAfter 3 seconds, it will print a test patternImmediately, print whatever you want to print If the problem persists, repeat those procedures before printing something.
