https://youtu.be/-EC-qxMV4g4 Follow that guide on how to remove the cmos battery. Once out, leave it unplugged for 30 minutes and then plug it back in and reassemble the laptop. During this process, make sure the laptop isnt plugged in and the main battery is out. Hope i can help! If i did please hit the accept answer button
