Aoson R18 tablet pc intel atom ive bought recently aoson r18 on the bios ive accidently disabled the usb controller but you cant navigate using the buttons or touch screen really weird u can only use keyboard , is there away of flashing bios or resetting bios or locatatin cmos battery anything that will help me reset this device back to factory bios to be honest it should have touch bios setting but doesn’t and I’m stuck please help
