Having a really frustrating issue with my Beats Solo 2 wireless headphones. They will only turn on when they are being charged, as soon as I take them off charge, they won’t turn on or connect. Randomly, yesterday they just started working again for a few hours (audio was absolutely fine) and have now stopped again. I have tried resetting them and all combinations of holding power and volume buttons for both 10 seconds and 120 seconds and now change. I have ensured my firmware is up to date and replaced the battery but no joy. Any ideas?
Hi @jenueu, Can you turn on the headphones without the charger being connected? If not or even if you can, try replacing the battery and check if that resolves the problem.
