My beats will charge but they won’t turn on I’ve already friend to reset them but light won’t turn on
Hi ingrid, here’s something you can try:
- Hold down the power and the mute buttons for about 2 minutes until the lights flash. If it doesn’t work the first time, you may have to do it a couple of times to get it working. This happened my friend before and the 5th time did the trick. -Let me know if this helps
