Chosen Solution
I bought a brand new Beats pill in the Box I played it the first night it played fine the second day I charged it a bit and then the left side speaker started crackling now the whole unit plays in pairs but at a very low volume can anyone please help
Steven Sudnick since it is brand new I would suggest you pack it up and return it. It will not get better with time. The crackling sound etc. could be speaker issue or a amplifier issue. I’d hate for you to try and fix something that should be covered under warranty.
