hi the lightening bolt pops up but it doesnt show that it is charging and it doesnt power on at all.how do i fix it??
@urena I’d start with the charging port and make sure that it is in good working order (no debris, no bend pins etc) and that your charging cable is ok. then you want to make sure that you try to charge it from a proper charger. If all that is ok, consider replacing the battery next. It helps if you let us know what model your RCA tablet is.
