Hi, Can anyone help me answer this problem?? I have an iPhone 5s that won’t charge the battery, it shows the charger has connected and makes the sound when I plug the charge cable but the battery just maintains at 7%. I changed the dock port and mic assembly etc and that seems fine. The phone switches on its just the battery doesn’t increase charge level and it’s a new battery. Any advice, maybe the battery is dead or the phone has another issue? I also put another new battery in without change…?? Thanks
