I wrongly connected wires of PC charger , it gave a message and shutdown (I don’t remember ) Ever since then it has not been able to charge laptop battery But when I put the same battery on another PC it charged Any possible fix to this pc
Well If the battery is fine than check the charger because it can also mean that the charger not working and you need new charger for Or you can also check for the driver in your system if an outdated driver you found which in related to power issue that you should update or fix that driver by using a good driver updated software
