Chosen Solution
I changed my screen on my iPhone 5s and the battery percentage will not change. I essentially dont know how much battery i have at any point in time.
Restore with DFU mode (hold power button and home button, after 10 sec, only stay home button pressed and wait. If not working, take a look on motherboard.
