it will shut off when it’s disconnected from the pc and then have a hard time rebooting after it shuts down and prompts the phone to be charged. Please help me. Anyone know the issue?
Depending on the nature of the issue, your iPhone may require battery service. A normal restart solved the issue. If it still persists, update your iPhone to the latest software version and see if it fix the issue.
