my device has a working battery but it’s showing up as missing battery on windows10… (Dell latitude e5570) any 1 knows what can cause this? or if there is a fix? I’ve detached and re attached the cable connections and no change i dont have a spare battery to test out
The connector on the board may be damaged, or the battery is bad. No way to tell without another battery.
