Hello, I want to buy a used MacBook from someone who replaced the battery 3 months ago. The battery was bought from ifixit europe and it has a crazy manufacture date and apple diagnostics found a battery problem with the code PPT004 telling “Battery requires service” It’s safe to buy this MacBook?
iFixit offers a year warranty so get a copy of the receipt from the seller so you can exchange it for a warranty replacement. Make a copies of the two images you have here to send to them iFixit Customer Support
