I ordered a replacement battery for my iPhone 6s and the new battery box says “drain battery below 10%, then charge uninterrupted to 100%”, but iFixit battery replacement guide says “to charge uninterrupted to 100% + 2 hours, drain till phone powers off, then charge uninterrupted till 100%”. Which one should I follow?
