been fixing phone for quite a while and have of course replaced numerous batteries along the way. however recently within the last few months i have had several phones after replacing the batteries die and not turn back on. you can charge them all you want but the phone will not recognize its being plugged in by showing the empty battery symbol. however when you remove the battery and either put the battery in another device it will charge just fine, or if you plug another battery into the phone that has been pre charged it will turn on function and charge fine until it dies from 0% and the cycle continues. has anyone experienced this and/or have any solutions for a permanent fix?
Board level repairs. Usually a bad filter/fuse, sometimes a power IC.
