So I’m having some issues with my MacBook battery…..It’s stuck at 0% and won’t charge at all. As soon as the charger is unplugged my Mac shuts off. It’s also running slow at times mainly start up. Anyways I was checking my battery information or whatever under system information…and this is what it reads me….can anyone tell me if this is good or bad? I mean obviously it’s not good…but can you tell me what it may mean? Thanks! Give this a shot. Unplug the mag-safe, unplug the battery. Press and hold the power on button for ten seconds. Reconnect the battery, reconnect the mag-safe. You should get a spontaneous reboot.

All information about the battery seems to be 0 or “no“, so it looks like the computer dosnt’t find the battery or that it’s dead. So thinking of that the computer works when the charger is plugged in, it’s most likely a completely dead battery. The only thing I can think of right now is that you need to get a new battery and that should solve your problem, but I can’t guarantee that it will work with a new one.
