So my razer laptop now only turns on when AC is plugged in. The battery level was 95% last month and it went down until today it only has 88%. What can i do to fix it? Here’s a list of things I tried: Clean FansPlug my charger into a wall socket, not through an extension socketFormat PCRemove battery connection then connecting it again
Hi @veggieta , Create a Win 10 battery report to check the status of the battery. It may be that it is failing and needs to be replaced. When you have the report, compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge Capacity value to see whether the battery is still good or not. If the battery needs replacing, here’s a video that shows how to do this. Search online using the battery model number (found on battery) i.e. (insert battery model number) battery to find suppliers that suit you best.
