I purchased a battery from you in October for my Macbook Air. It only lasts approximately 3 hours and then is completely dead. i thought it needed to be broken in but is getting worse. Is it possible this battery is defective?
When you changed out battery did you reset the smc? Then calibrate? In addition is the charger damaged (frayed, twisted, irregular bumps on cable) that may hace damaged logic board and would highly recommend to stop using it
