Hello, The system doesn’t detect the battery (I tried to change with a new battery, but with the same result, it doesn’t detect from system). Therefore the system works only if the plugged with AC adapter. Pressing the battery tester on side for detecting the battery charge the LED’s doesn’t work (none lit). Since it occurred, I detect an extreme slowness in open any folder or any other operations. I also tried to update the firmware, but the actual firmware was already updated. I tried to reset the SMC and NVRAM, but without good results. The version of MAC OS installed is 10.15.2. What can I try to fix this problem? This will take some deeper diagnostics which you likely are just not skilled to do. You’ll need to be able to read and understand schematics and boardview drawings and have deep knowledge in SMT logic as well as the needed diagnostic & rework gear. Time to find someone with these deeper skills to fix your system or you could just replace the logic board and put in a fresh battery as well.
