my phone keeps turning off it comes uponce turned on saying andriod starting and will sit on that for a little bit then turn off again. i have it plugged in to charge but the charging icon doesnt come and the red flash on top of the phone to say that its charging doesnt always come
Hi Danielle, have you tried another a/c outlet, one you know works? Are you using the charging cable that came with your phone? Do you have another charging cable to try to see if it starts to charge? If you tried these steps and still doing the same thing, it sounds like your battery may need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
